Staffing Process:

Veda has a well-defined and time-tested process, which is very comprehensive and delivers very good results. We adhere to the following steps in this engagement.

Candidate Search: Our wide network provide us access to a huge database of more than 50,000 skilled consultants. We can meet almost all the diverse industry needs. The entire database is indexed on skills, making it very easy to search and identify suitable candidates.

Candidate screening: We conduct the following screening tests

1. Telephonic Screening
2. Meeting and Interview
3. Background and Reference Checks
4. Authorization to Submit

We consider candidates with a minimum experience level of 3 years. In addition to screening potential candidates, we also conduct extensive third party checks through agencies to verify employment history and background. This process ensures that only the right candidates with strong backgrounds are selected.

In addition to the basic screening tests, we also perform additional screening tests like Drug Test and Criminal Background Test as per client requirements.
When the prospective candidate clears all the steps in the interview and screening process, we prepare a consolidated candidate report and forward it to our clients for their approval.
