We had an opportunity to work with a financial information portal. The client had many analysts who were writing amazing reports and these reports were to be made available through the portal. They had a challenge, as there was no central repository with a change control mechanism. Veda suggested the implementation of Documentum solution. With some apprehensions, the client had accepted the same. When the first lot of content was mapped and users were trained, it was time for celebration. All the analysts were sure of the location where they had to put the final version of their reports. It was a very well integrated system, appreciated by all.

Another client has an e-commerce site. One of the critical factors was the catalogue with price list. As there were many products with dynamically changing prices and offers, it was critical for them to have all the merchandisers and marketing executives to have access to the same at all times. Veda was able to address the issue by deploying a Viginet solution. This not only enabled multi point access, but also provided for dynamic updates. The errors in price lists came down by 93%.
