Veda had a challenge of implementing SAP across an MNC client. The consultants had to know four different languages and engage the local users in each of the location to understand and manage their expectations. Veda pulled it off due to its wide network of staffing partners and ozone model of engagement.
Our team first created an elaborate feature specification document. This was translated into the four different languages and was sent for review and approval. We followed it up with other necessary documentation to ensure seamless communication. This has resulted in clear identification and escalation of issues and incompatibilities early. A weekly coordination meeting across the sites through video conference facilitated seamless communication and enhanced client confidence.
Either the diverse databases and existing business applications were integrated or the data was transferred into the new database, to ensure single sign-on and provide an integrated system to the end users. A multi-site acceptance testing ensured that all the stakeholder needs are addressed in the implementation.
